Support all division in the pursuit and follow-up of necessary training and required certification,
Knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements,
Implement global HR management modules & systems,
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities in a fast - paced environment and effectively interface with high-level business and operations leaders.
We are seeking for an 'HR Manager' to join the team of our multinational company operating in Retail Business
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager Position in an international company,
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English,
Good level of all MS Office tools,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
